Islamabad Mosque Provides Free Wedding Venue for Needy Families

A free wedding hall has been created by Masjid Rehmat ul Alamin F/8 in Islamabad to assist worthy families in celebrating the marriages of their daughters with honor and respect.

Masjid Rehmat ul Alamin F/8 in Islamabad has established a free wedding hall to help deserving families celebrate the nuptials of their daughters with honor and dignity.

This philanthropic project aims to improve the special day of worthy families by providing a free wedding location complete with a stage for the bride and groom, dishes, tables, seats, and trained waiters to serve meals to the guests of deserving brides and orphans.

The facility also has a stage for the bride and groom and a three-hour time restriction. The mosque's administration gives parents a choice between executing their daughter's Nikkah themselves or picking a Khateeb.

Deserving parents can make a reservation by contacting the mosque management committee. According to Taj Qamar, a mosque committee member, the wedding-related activities would go on even when prayers were being recited.

To dispel some superstitions and establish a good atmosphere supporting a new life, he urged parents to tie their daughters' departure to the call to prayer (Azan) and prayer (Salah).

Three men and three women from the family should organize and keep order. In contrast, one man and one woman should be designated to monitor the ritual and ensure that no mosque administration members participate.
