Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the founder of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F), has departed for a private trip to Thailand.
He will meet academics and Pakistani community members during his visit, according to sources.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman also intends to consult medical professionals while in Thailand in order to handle any health issues.
The JUI(F) spokesperson has confirmed that Maulana Fazlur Rehman will depart for his home country on Friday. Remember that Maulana Fazlur Rehman reportedly went to London to meet with Muslim League-N leader Nawaz Sharif, according to earlier reports.
The representative has since made it clear that Maulana Fazlur Rehman is currently in Thailand and not London.
