ISB - Asif Ali Zardari, a former president and founder of the PPP, makes unsettling revelations about Imran Khan, the chairman of the PTI, and retired Army leader Gen. (ret.) Qamar Javed Bajwa.
The no-confidence resolution against Imran Khan was not withdrawn, according to a former president who said in an interview that Gen. Bajwa had threatened to implement martial law.
Zardari continued by claiming that the ruling coalition answered with "Bismillah" and requested the former general to serve as the nation's leader. We'll take care of the farming; you take charge of the country now.
Invoking his alleged conversation with Gen. (r) Bajwa, Zardari claimed that the final choice reversed course on his justification.
Bajwa promised that I would move on to the political decision stage and that he would ask Imran Khan to resign. PPP Co-Chairman remarked that Fazlur Rehman and PPP both declined his offer.
The senior politician also disclosed the purported plan of General (r) Faiz Hameed and ousted PM Imran Khan, who intended to hold onto power until 2035.
He emphasized that the PPP has never avoided elections and that we want them to be held simultaneously.
