For the role of Project Director for the "Financial Inclusion and Infrastructure Project" (FIIP) under the Public Sector Development Program (PSDP), the Finance Division of Pakistan is looking for a dynamic and skilled candidate. The project is scheduled to be finished by June 30, 2025, and the appointment will be made on a contract basis under Project Pay Scale-11, which is comparable to BPS-21.
Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications: The candidate must have completed a four-year Bachelor of Science in Engineering, a Master of Science in Computer Science or Information Technology, an MBA or MPA, or an equivalent program from a university recognized by HEC.

Experience: Information technology expertise and rudimentary project management abilities are prerequisites, as well as a minimum of ten years of project management or implementation experience. It is desirable if you have experience managing World Bank or government-funded projects.

Age Restrictions: On the date of appointment, candidates may not be older than sixty-three (63) years old.
Accountabilities
In order to guarantee timely and efficient execution, the project director will be in charge of overseeing and monitoring project operations.
Compensation Package
The Finance Division of the Government of Pakistan will prescribe/determine the pay package for the selected candidate, which will be comparable to BPS-21 for PPS-11.
