Fatima Bhutto was married in a straightforward private wedding. She is the granddaughter of former prime minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and the daughter of Mir Murtaza Bhutto.
Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Jr., a brother of Fatima Bhutto, announced the wedding on Twitter on Friday.
In his tweet, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Jr. expressed his family's happiness at the announcement: "On behalf of my father Shaheed Mir Murtaza Bhutto and the Bhutto family, I am very happy to share this good news."Yesterday, my sister Fatima and Graham married in a private ceremony at our home in Karachi's 70 Clifton.
He wrote that Fatima's family members showed up for the ceremony in my grandfather's library, which holds a special place in my sister's heart.
Fatima Bhutto added, "Our marriage ceremony took place in my grandfather's library, my favorite place in the world. My brother Zulfiqar made me the Imam guarantor of our grandfather Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.
