In Karachi, NADRA, the agency in charge of ID card registrations, is launching a new service. Through this service, people will be able to process their ID cards without going to a NADRA centre. Instead, NADRA representatives would ride their motorcycles to people's houses to register them for ID cards.
Female NADRA staff will utilise scooters to register women alone as a different alternative for women. The ID card will be delivered to the applicant's house after the procedure is finished, however this service will cost extra in addition to the usual processing price for ID cards.
