According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs' spokesman, Serene Air and Saudi Airlines are required to give their passengers a bottle of 5 litres of Zamzam at Saudi airports as part of the official Hajj package, while Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) and Air Blue will give pilgrims a bottle of 5 litres of Zamzam when they arrive in Pakistan.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, travellers can call the Directorate of Hajj, the concerned airlines, and the focal person of the ministry if zamzam is not present at the airport.
