Fast bowler Muhammad Hasnain claimed that when they met in 2020, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan overheard him say he wished to visit Pakistan. Mohammad Hasnain recently recounted his experience with Shahrukh from three years ago in an online interview.
I was a player for Shah Rukh Khan's team when we found out that he would be attending our games in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) in 2020, and like the other players, I was excited to meet him. When we went to play the third match, Shah Rukh showed up to watch it.
According to the quick bowler, I had only ever seen Shah Rukh Khan in films and on television before today, so when we finally met him, I was shocked to see him in the dressing room. Later, Shahrukh Khan stayed with our team for three to four days. During that time, we spoke with him a lot and discussed Pakistan and India.
Mohammad Hasnain claims that Shahrukh acknowledged his Pakistani ancestry and disclosed that he had lived in Peshawar. He gave inspiration to Pakistanis at the time and advised them to immigrate to Pakistan.
