Karachi: A K-Electric extra high-tension line tripped, resulting in the suspension of power in several parts of the city.
Details indicate that there was a significant failure in Karachi's electrical system, which led to the suspension of power in various locations as a result of a trip in k-electric's extra-high tension line.
Due to the trip of K-Electric's high-tension line, 18 grids and 621 feeders were also shut down.
Twenty feeders from the Aga Khan Grid, 28 feeders from the Jail Road Grid, 47 feeders from the Johar Grid, 10 feeders from the Gadap Grid, 36 feeders from the North Karachi Grid, 31 feeders from the Walika Grid, 39 feeders from the KDA Grid and 39 feeders from the Civic Centre Grid were shut down as a result of the queue travel.
In addition, 59 feeders of the Gulshan Grid, 26 of the Azizabad Grid, 38 of the Orangi Grid, 27 of the Shadman Town Grid, 35 of the Liaquatabad Grid, 40 of the North Nazimabad, 15 of the Memon Goth Grid, and 46 of the Malir Grid are all shut down.
