On May 9, former Pakistan national cricket team captain and current Prime Minister Imran Khan was arrested inside the Islamabad High Court.
The arrest was made in connection with the Al-Qadir Trust case, in which Khan is accused of corrupt practises under Section 9(a) of the National Accountability Ordinance, 1999.
