Al-Zamazima Company's Zamzam electronic platform intends to provide a simple delivery service for Zamzam water bottles to pilgrims directly at their houses. This platform is manned by well-trained personnel who ensure that the sacred water is provided uninterrupted.
Rayan Zamzami, the company's seasonal operations deputy general supervisor, emphasised that the Zamzam platform has a complete record of all pilgrims. It guarantees that the information is synchronised with the electronic tracking system and the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's central Hajj platform. Furthermore, the platform uses electronically numbered addresses to ensure effective delivery.
Zamzam is the official site for obtaining information and statistics on the status of activities. It runs smoothly whether or not there is an internet connection, ensuring continuous service.
Zamzami went on to explain that the Zamzam platform goes through numerous processes to ensure that Zamzam water reaches pilgrims at their holy city lodgings. Registration on the platform is the first step, followed by coordination with the control centre and processing at the warehouse. Finally, the water is safely transported to the pilgrims' homes thanks to good teamwork between supervisors and delivery drivers.
